Strength Training is a process if systematically applying increasing amounts of stress to muscles. Muscles respond to progressive resistance exercise by gradually becoming larger and stronger. To develop effective strength training programs, you need to understand general concepts about how the body adapts to the progressive overload of strength exercises. Strength training is a highly individualized procedure. As your personal trainer I will assist you by designing appropriate programs that will challenge you to develop strength.
